Person Centred Counsellor

Lilith is a Person-Centred Counsellor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and a focus on their unique needs. She understands that seeking therapy can be a daunting step, but is committed to providing a supportive, non-judgemental space in which clients can feel truly heard and understood. Whether someone is dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, anger, identity concerns, or LGBTQ+ issues, Lilith’s approach is rooted in creating a safe, empowering environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.

Lilith is passionate about creating an inclusive, safe and affirming space which is LGBTQ+ friendly, and culturally sensitive in her therapy practice. She understands that every individual has their own unique story and that healing is a deeply personal process. In her sessions, clients are encouraged to bring their full selves into the room without fear of being judged or misunderstood. She believes that the healing process is most effective when clients feel comfortable and accepted as they are.

Lilith has experience working with a wide range of clients across various age groups and backgrounds, and is skilled at adapting her approach to meet the individual needs of each client. She works collaboratively with clients to help them explore their experiences and emotions, focusing not only on the challenges they face, but also on the strengths and perspectives that make them unique. She firmly believes in the capacity of each individual to grow, heal and achieve their goals, and is committed to supporting them on that journey.

For anyone ready to take the next step in their personal journey of healing and self-discovery, Lilith is here to help. Whether it’s navigating difficult emotions, building resilience, or working towards a specific goal, she offers a compassionate space for individuals to explore their challenges and find their path forward. Her practice is based on the Person-Centred approach, emphasizing empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard to create an environment which feels safe for clients to freely explore their feelings and experiences openly.

Lilith holds a BA (hons) in Person-Centred Counselling and is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
