Keith is a Family and Individual Systemic Psychotherapist, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist and EMDR Therapist (Trauma). Keith helps individuals and couples overcome personal and relationship difficulties, enabling them to lead the fulfilling lives they desire.
Keith has over 16 years experience working with relationships within the public sector and private practice. Keith works with a wide range of identity types with people facing various forms of distress, both as individuals and within the context of relationships. keith's ultimate goal is to provide a supportive, empathic, non-judgmental environment where people can explore their abilities and available resources in order to bring about positive change.
Couple Therapy
Keith has advanced training as a couple therapist, his main approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is a collaborative approach for working with couples and with Individuals. EFT is a transformative process that is grounded in emotions and attachment science. EFT helps reshape negative patterns of interaction among individuals and couples into secure emotional connections.
